Everyone else reviews these companies on price and delivery speed. We ask four questions instead: what regulatory category is the thing in the vial, has the molecule been tested in a human for the use it is sold for, do the marketing claims survive the trials, and who is actually licensed to fill the prescription.

Novo Nordisk's direct pharmacy sells approved semaglutide with published NDCs and phase 3 evidence. It also calls itself FDA-approved, which no pharmacy can be.
Eden sells approved Wegovy at $1,695 and compounded sermorelin at $126 from the same cart. The evidence behind those two numbers is not comparable.
Joi + Blokes sells sermorelin and VIP with numbers attached — 5-10% body fat, 10% lean muscle. No trial in either literature reports them.
