Mondae Review: Three Peptides, Three Different Distances From the Evidence
Mondae sells three peptides and describes each in a single line built from the same template. Sermorelin is "for growth hormone signaling" — a mechanism the trials actually measured, and one of the more careful claims on this site. NAD+ is "for cellular support" and glutathione is "for antioxidant support & wellness", which name nothing anyone could test while using the word support to imply a benefit. It names its pharmacy on these three pages and on neither of its GLP-1 pages, and its homepage prices all three wrong.

As of August 2026, a PubMed search for sermorelin filtered to the randomized-controlled-trial publication type returned 19 records, the most recent published in 2005. Every one measures growth hormone secretion, growth in children, or the response to a diagnostic challenge. None tests recovery, sleep, body composition or vitality as an outcome in healthy adults. A parallel ClinicalTrials.gov search returned 27 studies; the two closest to a marketed anti-aging use are both phase 2 and both terminated, at 13 and 5 participants.
Five words, and they stop exactly where the evidence stops. Growth hormone signaling is what sermorelin does and what all nineteen randomized trials measured — secretion, or the response to a diagnostic challenge. What Mondae does not do is take the next step every other seller of this molecule takes, into recovery, sleep, vitality or body composition, none of which any of those trials tested. Read the verdict precisely: the claim is accurate about mechanism and promises no clinical benefit, which is why there is nothing here to correct.1

As of August 2026, a ClinicalTrials.gov intervention search for injected NAD+ in humans returns no completed randomized trial supporting a restoration-of-function claim, and a PubMed search for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide combined with injection or subcutaneous, filtered to the randomized-controlled-trial publication type, returns zero records. The substantial human literature concerns ORAL precursors — nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide — which are different molecules by a different route.
"Cellular support" is vague in a way that works only in one direction. It names no outcome a trial could measure — not energy, not cognition, not aging — while the word support carries the implication that something is being helped. Nothing has been: no completed randomized trial of injected NAD+ in humans exists. Compare the sermorelin line on the same site, which names a mechanism that was actually measured. The template is identical; the distance from the evidence is not.2

What the trials show for Glutathione
As of August 2026, a PubMed search for glutathione in title or abstract, combined with an injected route and with skin, detoxification, fatigue or energy, restricted to the randomized-controlled-trial publication type, returned seven records. Not one tests injected glutathione on its own for any of those outcomes. On ClinicalTrials.gov, 268 studies list glutathione as an intervention; restricting to injected routes returns three, in mantle-cell lymphoma, acute liver failure and pneumonia.
Glutathione is an antioxidant inside a cell — that is biochemistry, and it is true of the molecule whether or not injecting it does anything. "Wellness" is the word that turns a fact about chemistry into an offer, and no trial of injected glutathione in a healthy adult has measured it or anything like it. The seven randomized records that a targeted search returns test something else entirely.3

It names a mechanism, that mechanism is what the trials measured, and it promises nothing beyond it — which is the whole of what an honest peptide claim looks like. Then note that "cellular support" and "antioxidant support & wellness" are the same sentence with the evidence taken out, that no certificate of analysis exists for any of the three, and that the prices on the homepage are three-month rates wearing the words "Billed monthly".

"Growth hormone signaling" is a mechanism, and it is the mechanism nineteen randomized trials of sermorelin actually measured — secretion, or the response to a diagnostic challenge. 1 The claim stops there. It does not go on to recovery, sleep, vitality or body composition, which is where nearly every other seller of this molecule goes and where no trial follows.
"Cellular support" names nothing. Not energy, not cognition, not aging — nothing a trial could be designed to measure. What it does carry is the word support, which implies something is being helped. Nothing is: there is no completed randomized trial of injected NAD+ in humans at all. 2
"Antioxidant support & wellness" is the same move with an extra step. Glutathione genuinely is an antioxidant inside a cell — that is chemistry, true of the molecule whether or not injecting it achieves anything. Neither of Mondae's two GLP-1 pages names a pharmacy at all, which makes this an odd asymmetry — the products with the weakest evidence get the disclosure and the products with the strongest do not.
The additive warning is worth its own line. Almost nothing else in this category mentions additives at all, and raising the question is more candid than staying silent. It is also unanswered: which additives, in which product, from which pharmacy.
