This is the message most worth sending. Include the page URL and the sentence you think is wrong; a link to the source that shows it turns a report into a fix rather than an investigation. What happens next, and how quickly, is set out in the corrections policy.

Send the correction to the same address, and send the evidence with it. Two things are worth knowing before you write:

• A page changes when the evidence changes. A figure read off your own site on a stated date gets updated when you show us what it says now — not because a review is unflattering.
• An FDA warning letter is disclosed here, dated, and quoted from its body. It is not treated as disqualifying, and it is not removed on request. If a letter has been closed out, send the close-out and the page will say so.
• Pricing is read from what a buyer can actually see. If a published price is out of date, the useful message names the page it is on and what it now costs.
