“FDA-approved” describes a product, never a company — a designation FDA itself has had to correct telehealth firms about. So this board asks a narrower question with a checkable answer: does this company dispense a finished drug that holds an approval and carries an NDC, or only a compounded preparation of the same molecule? Four of the fifteen companies reviewed here do.

What gets on this board
Every published review whose dispensed list includes at least one product in the FDA-approved category — a finished drug with an approval and an NDC. Only those approved products are counted in the ranking; the same company's compounded products are counted on the boards that cover them.
What decides the order
Companies we have a paid relationship with are listed first, and we say so here rather than marking individual rows. Within that group and within the rest, the order is the same measured one: how much of what each company sells is described accurately — the share of the products this board counts whose marketing claim matches the trials behind it. Ties go to the company with more matching claims, then to the one that names its pharmacy, then to the one that publishes a testing regime, and last of all to alphabetical order. Being a partner changes where a company sits, never what its numbers say.

What this board does not measure
Whether it works
A company can describe a weakly-evidenced product accurately and rank well here. What the evidence says about each molecule is on its own graded compound page, and the two questions are deliberately kept apart.
Clinical care
We read public pages. We have not been a patient of any of these companies, have not assessed a consultation, and publish no quality score of any kind.
Price
Prices appear on a review as a note where a company publishes one, and they are not part of this ranking. A cheaper company is not lower here and a dearer one is not higher.
Product quality
Only 1 of the companies reviewed here publish a certificate of analysis a customer can read, and a certificate is not on this board's ranking axis. Nothing here tells you what is in a vial.

Frequently asked questions
Does this mean the companies not on this board are unsafe?
No, and the board would be dishonest if it implied that. Compounding under section 503A is lawful, is how a great deal of medicine reaches patients, and is often the only route when an approved product is unavailable or unaffordable. What being off this board means is narrower and entirely factual: FDA has not reviewed that specific preparation for safety, effectiveness or quality, and nobody should be told otherwise.
Why is every row on this board at a hundred per cent?
Because only approved products are counted here, and an approved product's claims come from a label FDA reviewed against the trial data. It is much harder to overstate a drug when the sentence you may print was written from the evidence. We report that as the structural fact it is rather than presenting it as four companies being unusually careful.
