Every published review whose dispensed list includes a product we have graded as tirzepatide — the approved Zepbound or Mounjaro pen, or a 503A compounded preparation. A GLP-1 programme that never names its molecule cannot be graded as tirzepatide and is not on the board.

Ties go to the company with more matching claims, then to the one that names its pharmacy, then to the one that publishes a testing regime, and last of all to alphabetical order. Frequently asked questions
Is tirzepatide better than semaglutide?
One randomised head-to-head trial, SURMOUNT-5, compared them for weight loss and reported a larger mean reduction on tirzepatide. That is a real result about those doses in that population, and it is not a general statement that one drug is better than the other for you. Where a seller quotes it as one, we grade the claim as reaching past the trials — which is why several rows here carry that verdict.
Why do some rows show only one product?
Because that company sells one tirzepatide product. The denominator is what it dispenses in scope for this board, not a fixed number, so a company with one accurate claim sits at 1/1 and a company with two, one of which overstates, sits at 1/2. Both counts are printed so the ratio can never hide the size of the sample behind it.
